About Professional Services Contracts
Our mission is to ensure the delivery of quality professional services
at a fair and reasonable cost from responsive, responsible consultants
and to maintain ethical standards for the LAUSD procurement process.
The Professional Services Contracts Unit is responsible for the
acquisition of professional services provided by consultants,
contractors, and other private firms. Acquisitions are achieved through
the use of requests for proposals (RFPs) which are developed, issued,
evaluated and awarded through this unit.

RFP/RFQ Notifications
In order to better serve prospective bidders, Facilities Contracts has streamlined the advertisement process for RFP and RFQ documents. The most important feature of this new process is the ability to be notified via e-mail of newly available documents and their revisions. If you would like to take advantage of this useful service, all you need to do is subscribe to the categories that interest you.
