How to Download the Documents
Information about this project is available online. In order to
access this information, you must be logged in. If you already have a
user account on the Facilities Services Division web site, proceed to
Step 2, otherwise proceed to Step 1.
Step 1. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create an account. To create an account, go to this page
That page contains the instructions on creating a new user account. Enter your email address and choose a password that is distinct from your email account, using a combination of letters and digits. Once you have created the account, proceed to step 2.
Step 2. You must login to access the project information. Go to the main FSD page. Click on the "employee login" box. Enter your email address and the password that you already have or that you chosen in step 1.
Step 3. You can now go to the Facilities Contract Services web page. Click on the link entitled "Documents" beneath the heading for the RFP. This will take you to a page that will allow you to download files to your machine or to view PDF files.
Step 4. The files require that you have an application either to view them or to extract information from them. For PDF files, you will need to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat: Following that link will download a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader onto your computer.
For Zip files, you will need download evaluation copy of WinZip to extract the files. Following that link will install WinZip on your computer.
For Adobe PDF files, once you have downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Reader, the system will allow you to view the file directly using the reader.
For the zip files, you will first need to save the zip file onto
your own computer. You will then need to extract the
files. Double-click on the zip file you downloaded. This will launch
WinZip which will be installed on your desktop. From the "Action"
menu, choose "Select All", then click the "Extract" button and place
the files in a folder of your choosing.
You must be logged in to access the documents.
If you do not have an account create a new account,
otherwise login. In both cases, after logging in, press the
back button to return to this page.
