State Match School Facility Program Grant Applications |
How to Get State Match Money!
To get State Match funds, each project needs various approvals from the California Department of Education (CDE) before an actual funding application can be submitted to the
Office of Public School Construction (OPSC). The Get It staff works with the project managers to collect, calculate, and create the mounds of documents needed to achieve
approvals for each part of the processes. Many times the deadlines are intense.
For New Construction, the State matches funds 50/50 with the District (within all sorts of limits.)
For Modernizations, the State portion/District portion are 60/40 (again within all sorts of limits.
