Facilities Records Management
Facilities Records Management calculates and maintains building identification, square footage, and site data records for all school facilities and administrative offices throughout the District. In addition, it produces and maintains the spatial data for all facilities in the Asset and Work Order Management System (Maximo) and Computer-Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM). It also updates and maintains the construction drawing archive files (Vault) for all school facilities and administrative offices.
