To order and obtain copies of bid documents, bidders must follow the instructions on the Request for Plans and Specifications (pdf) form and submit it to the above referenced distributors via fax or email.
To place an online request using ARC Planwell, Please go to www.crplanwell.com then click on Public Planroom. Search by LAUSD or project number, then click on the project number to enter project. Add items to your cart then click on Print Order or you may send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: 213-745-3145.
- Bidders must have a registered Facilities Construction Contracts Vendor Number to order and obtain bidding documents (plans and specifications). Click here to download FCC Vendor Number Application and Instructions.
- Bidders must submit orders by 10:00 a.m. for a 24 hour turnaround by distributor for bidder pickup. Click here to download the Request for Plans and Specifications.
- Bidders are responsible for the reproduction cost of bid documents and must submit payment directly to the above referenced distributor (cash, checks, and major credit cards accepted).
- The District has procured significant discounted rates for the benefit of contractors bidding with the District from the above referenced distributor.
