Construction The CLAHS#11 and Vista Hermosa Park will be constructed in phases. Once CEQA, Remedial Action Plan (RAP), and DSA approvals are obtained LAUSD will proceed with the following construction activities: Grade the site and implement the remedial plan Build the soccer field MRCA will build the Park LAUSD will start construction of the schools by July 2005 Complete Construction by May 07
